Tiled Roofs
We have years of experience of working on small- and large-scale tiled roofing projects across Torquay, Torbay and Devon. At AK Roofing and Property Maintenance we use a range of materials together with the latest fixing specifications, and only selecting the best tiled roofing products on the market.
On every new roof project completed, we use dry, maintenance-free systems to all ridge and verge options, so when your roof is complete there will be no need to pay for any future maintenance work. We cater for tiling large, commercial housing developments, or re-roof domestic properties, undertaking all roof repairs.
We supply and fit:
- Concrete single-lap interlocking roof tiles
- Concrete and clay plain double-lap roof tiles
Lead Work
All types of lead work is undertaken by AK Roofing and Property Maintenance. We can install or repair lead flashings and valleys.
Lead flashing has been used for many years to protect chimneys from the wear and tear of the elements. Whether it is rain, snow, hail, or excessive heat, lead flashings have consistently been reliable and effective.
